Station is located in the middle of Central Texas. This energetic and

PARKS
The development team at Pebble Creek views neighborhood activity as
crucial to quality of life. Adjacent to Pebble Creek Elementary School, a
ten-acre park will accommodate your needs. The park setting features two
playgrounds, basketball courts, soccer and baseball fields and ¼ and ½ mile
jogging trails. You'll find the park to be the perfect place to walk, jog, picnic,
read or gather with friends. As well as Pebble Creek Park, there are many
other great public parks in the College Station area for families of all ages.
FIRE AND POLICE
The city of College Station provides police and fire protection for Pebble
Creek. A full service fire station is located within minutes of the sub-
division and police actively monitor Pebble Creek.
MEDICAL FACILITIES
There are two major hospitals located in our area to provide health care:
The College Station Medical Center (The Med) located in College Station and
St Joseph Medical Center located in Bryan. Scott and White is a health care
facility that staffs many specialized physicians.

Pebble Creek lies within the boundaries of the city of College Station. It receives full city services and utilities including water, sewer,
electrical, sanitation. Natural Gas is provided by TXU Gas Company and cable television services are provided by Cox Cable and
available to all residents.
